Introduction

Workers who perform high risk work must hold a high risk work (HRW) licence. The licence is issued by SafeWork NSW once the workers have undergone training and assessment by an HRW registered training organisation (RTO). All HRW RTOs must be approved by SafeWork NSW.

The RTOs and their approved training officers can use the online portal to manage their HRW assessments including the notification of assessments.

What you need

  • a MyServiceNSW Account
    • you can create one when you start your application
    • you may need details from 2 identity documents (such as Australian driver licence, Medicare card, passport).

How to manage

  1. Select the 'Manage online' button.
  2. Log in to your MyServiceNSW Account.
  3. Follow the prompts to manage HRW assessments.

Privacy

To manage HRW assessments with SafeWork NSW, you’ll need to create or log in with a MyServiceNSW Account.

By logging in you consent to sharing the following with SafeWork NSW, a division of the Department of Customer Service:

  • your name and email address in your MyServiceNSW Account
  • the verified identity using your MyServiceNSW Account
  • the verified identity documents you provided via your MyServiceNSW Account.
