Introduction
Log in to your MyServiceNSW Account to check:
- the progress and outcome of your NDIS Worker Check application
- your NDIS Worker Check application status
- your NDIS Worker Check number
- the expiry date of your NDIS Worker Check.
Note: You must log in to your MyServiceNSW Account, not the Service NSW app.
What you need
You need a MyServiceNSW Account to check your NDIS Worker Check number, expiry date and application progress.
You can only access your NDIS Worker Check details in your MyServiceNSW Account after you complete your online application for an NDIS Worker Check.
How to check your status
- Select the 'Go to NDIS Worker Check' button.
- Log in to your MyServiceNSW Account.
- Select 'NDIS Worker Check' from the dashboard.
- Select 'Check' on the 'Check your status' tile.
Application processing and employer verification
Visit the Office of the Children's Guardian website for information about application processing and employer verification including:
- what each application status means: under review, pending verification, under assessment
- employer verification help
- application processing times and what to expect
- NDIS Worker Check outcomes: clearance or exclusion.
