Introduction

If you have an NDIS Worker Check clearance you must update any changes to your details within 3 months of the change. This is a requirement under Section 18 of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Worker Checks) Act 2018.

You can update some of your details online through your MyServiceNSW Account. To log in to your MyServiceNSW Account you must go to the Service NSW website not the Service NSW mobile phone app.

Your NDIS Worker Check is a digital credential. You do not receive a certificate or card.

Details to update

You must update changes to your:

  • name
  • residential address
  • contact details (email and phone number) or
  • NDIS employer (if you change employers or need to add an employer).

New employer

If you have a new employer you need their NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission registration number or name. Your new employer can provide you with this information.

Change of name

If you change your name email the NDIS Worker Check screening agency at contact@ndiswc.nsw.gov.au.
