Replace an individual property licence

Introduction

If you hold an individual property licence and it has been damaged, lost or stolen, you can request a free replacement.

You can seek a replacement licence by email or at a Service NSW service centre.

What you need

You'll need your property licence details. You can check your details at Verify NSW.

How to request a replacement licence

You'll need to submit a request in writing.

In your request, please include:

• the reason for requesting a replacement
• the type of licence (individual property licence)
• your name
• licence number
• your signature.

Submit your written request:

• by email to propertylicensing@customerservice.nsw.gov.au
• in person at a service centre.
