Are you a customer or a business owner?

NSW residents aged 18 and over can apply for vouchers.

Visit the Apply for Dine & Discover NSW Vouchers page to apply online.
If you do not have a mobile device or email address, or you're unable to apply online, call 13 77 88 or visit a Service NSW Centre to apply.

You can find the vouchers:

  • Under the ‘Vouchers’ section of the Service NSW app within an hour of applying. Make sure you have the latest version of the app.
  • In an email from Service NSW – remember to check your inbox and spam folders.
When you visit a participating business, you can present the voucher on your mobile device, as a printed voucher or by giving them the voucher code.

You can find a participating business online or in the Service NSW app after you’ve received your vouchers.

You can download the latest version of the Service NSW app to apply for and use the vouchers.
To discuss your business requirements in person, you can:
  • book a call with a Business Concierge
  • call us on 13 77 88 from Monday to Friday, between 7am and 7pm (Sydney time)
