A MyServiceNSW Account connects you online with NSW Government services, quickly and securely.

You can save your details to your account, such as your name and mobile phone number. Adding your details saves you time when applying for services and helps with account recovery if needed

How to manage your details

There are 2 ways you can add or update your details.

  1. Log in to your account dashboard anytime and select “Personal details“. You can edit or delete your email address or phone number here.
  2. When you're applying for a service, you may be given the option to save new details to your account.
