What gets changed

When you add or change your mobile number, we'll update the mobile number:

If you use other NSW Government services, you’ll need to change your mobile number for the other services separately.

When to call or visit us

You'll need to call us on 13 77 88 or go to a service centre if:

  • your mobile phone or device is lost or stolen, or

  • you cannot access the Australian mobile number on your MyServiceNSW Account and cannot log in using another method of MFA (that is, the Service NSW app or an authenticator app).

If you're overseas, call +61 2 8894 1555.
