Change the details on a conveyancer licence – corporation

Introduction

If your company holds a conveyancer licence and your details have changed, for example, your business name, address, appointed directors or partnership arrangements, you can update these details at a Service NSW Centre or by email.

You must notify NSW Fair Trading of any changes within 7 days. 

What you need

For a change of address:

• the PDF form – 'Change of Address – Licensed Conveyancer'.

For all other changes:

• your name and contact details
• your licence number
• the details that need changing
• the documents as described in the form ‘Change of Address – Licensed Conveyancer’ under the section 'Other changes of details'.

How to change

1. Download and complete the form Change of Address – Licensed Conveyancer – PDF (if applicable).
2. Make sure you have the required supporting documents.
3. Visit a service centre and submit the information in person, or email propertylicensing@customerservice.nsw.gov.au.
