Change details on a high risk work licence

Introduction

If your address or contact details have changed, you can update your high risk work (HRW) licence online.

If you've changed your name, you'll need to complete a change of details form and submit it by email or post.

What you need

To change your address or contact details online, you'll need your licence number.

How to change

1. Select the 'Change online' button.
2. Select 'Start'.
3. Follow the prompts to update your details.

If you're unable to change online or you're registering a change of name:

1. Download and complete Change of details – PDF.
2. Submit your application by email or post using the details on the form.

• Once your new card arrives, you must return your old card within 7 days. You can post it to:
