Introduction
If you hold a company or partnership contractor licence and you have not renewed it before the licence expiry date you need to visit a Service NSW Centre to restore the licence.
You must restore your licence within 3 months of the expiry date, or you have to apply for a new company or partnership contractor licence.
You cannot trade as a contractor if your licence is not current.

What you need
To restore your licence you need:
- your completed licence renewal notice
- your proof of identity (if you do not have your renewal notice)
- your fee payment.
Take your renewal notice and payment to a service centre.
