Restore a company or partnership contractor licence

Introduction

If you hold a company or partnership contractor licence and you haven't renewed prior to the licence's expiry date, you'll need to visit a Service NSW Centre to 'restore' the licence.

You must restore within 3 months of the expiry date, or you'll have to apply for a new company or partnership contractor licence.

Keep in mind that unless your licence is current, you're unable to trade.

What you need

• the licence renewal notice which will have been posted to you (if you don't have this, you can still apply to restore your licence at a service centre)
• your fee payment.
