Real estate agents
To become an agent in the real estate and property industry you first need to get a property certificate of registration and work as an assistant agent.
You need a real estate agent licence to sell, lease and manage real estate on behalf of clients.

Auctioneers
In NSW, you need auctioneer accreditation to conduct auctions of property, land (including rural land) or livestock.
Conveyancers
You need a conveyancer licence to do conveyancing work unless you are a legal practitioner, incorporated legal practice, or solicitor corporation.
