Why your details may be incorrect

  • you may have previously added someone else's services to your account, which are showing in the 'My services' page on your account or appearing when you try to update your personal details for your services, or
  • you may be sharing your account with someone else or have shared your account in the past.

In any of these situations, you should fix any incorrect details in your MyServiceNSW Account. For security and privacy reasons, your MyServiceNSW Account is for you only.
