Introduction

If you hold a contractor licence and haven't renewed it before the expiry date, you can restore it for a fee, as long as it is within 3 months of expiry.

After 3 months, you'll have to apply for a new licence and you won't be able to trade until you have it.

What you need

  • your completed renewal notice, or
  • your proof of identity (if you don't have your renewal notice)
  • your fee payment.

How to restore

  1. Gather the required documentation.
  2. Visit a service centre and submit your application with payment.

Payment methods

You can review transaction payment options on our payment methods page.
