Introduction
If you hold a contractor licence and haven't renewed it before the expiry date, you can restore it for a fee, as long as it is within 3 months of expiry.
After 3 months, you'll have to apply for a new licence and you won't be able to trade until you have it.
What you need
- your completed renewal notice, or
- your proof of identity (if you don't have your renewal notice)
- your fee payment.
How to restore
- Gather the required documentation.
- Visit a service centre and submit your application with payment.
