The NSW Government is holding support sessions for Northern Rivers residents affected by the February and March 2022 storms and floods.

Residents, businesses and primary producers can book a session to discuss a new or existing flood grant application.

Grant specialists and Business Concierges will be on hand to offer support and help with any questions.

Flood support session location

Ballina RSL Club, Auditorium, 1 Grant Street, Ballina, NSW 2478.

Dates and times

  • Wednesday 27 July from 9am to 5pm
  • Thursday 28 July from 11am to 7pm
  • Friday 29 July from 9am to 5pm
  • Monday 1 August from 9am to 5pm
  • Tuesday 2 August from 9am to 5pm
  • Wednesday 3 August from 9am to 1pm.

  • your name
  • your email address
  • your phone number
  • the grant or payment you're applying for.

How to book

  1. Check you meet the eligibility criteria.
  2. Call 13 77 88 to book a session.

To call us using an interpreter, please call the National Translating and Interpreting Service on 131 450, and ask them to call us on 13 77 88. The service provides immediate phone interpreting.

You'll receive an email to confirm your session time and any requirements for the day.

Remember to gather all the required documents and bring them to your session.

  • Please note that sessions are limited. A small number of places will be available for walk-in customers. 
  • If you'd like to change or cancel your session time, call 13 77 88.
  • If you're applying for a business flood grant and you're unable to attend a session in Ballina, you can call 13 77 88 and ask to speak with a Business Concierge, or book a call for a time that suits you.
