Introduction
You can apply to renew your qualified supervisor certificate online, provided you meet the eligibility requirements.
To renew your certificate if you do not meet the requirements visit a Service NSW Centre.

If your certificate has expired
You cannot trade until your new certificate is issued.
- If you do not renew on time you can apply to restore your certificate at a service centre.
- If your licence has expired more than 3 months past the expiry date you need to apply for a new licence to be re-issued.

Eligibility
You cannot renew online, if:
- you want to seek an exemption from continuing professional development (CPD) obligations, or
- you need make changes to your licence other than your contact details and address.
What you need
- your licence number
- your renewal number (as shown on your renewal notice), or your full personal details
- your payment.
How to renew
- Check the eligibility requirements.
- Select the 'Renew online' button.
- Follow the prompts to renew your registration.
Note: If you do not have your renewal number, select 'Don't have?' and enter your full details.
