To change your details online, you’ll need to add the service 'Seniors/Senior Savers Card' to your MyServiceNSW Account (if you have not already).

Introduction

If you need to change your registered details on a NSW Seniors Card or NSW Senior Savers Card, you can do this online. Alternatively, please call us on 13 77 88.

What you need

If you're changing your details by phone, you'll need:

  • your current and new personal details
  • your Seniors Card or Senior Savers Card number.

Proof of identity

Two proof of identity documents are required. They may include:

  • Australian driver licence
  • Medicare card
  • Australian passport
  • Australian birth certificate
  • Australian travel visa
  • Australian citizenship certificate
  • Australian certificate of registration by descent
  • ImmiCard.

How to change

  1. Select the 'Change online' button.
  2. Log in, or create your MyServiceNSW Account.
  3. Follow the prompts to change your details.
