If you need to change your registered details on a NSW Seniors Card or NSW Senior Savers Card, you can do this online. Alternatively, please call us on 13 77 88.

What you need

  • your personal details
  • your NSW Seniors Card or NSW Senior Savers Card number
  • your new personal details.

How to change

  1. Select the 'Change online' button.
  2. Complete the online form.
  3. Select 'Submit' to process your application.
