If you've forgotten your Online Services password and would like to reset it, you can do this online.

What you need

  • your surname
  • your NSW driver licence number or Photo Card number
  • your card ID number (on the back of your card)
  • the answer to your secret question


  • your personal details
  • your address
  • your Transport for NSW customer number or vehicle plate number
  • the answer to your secret question.

How to reset

  1. Select the 'Reset online' button.
  2. Complete each of the fields with your details.
  3. Select 'Continue'.
  4. Check the 'Password' radio button.
  5. Type the answer to your secret question.
  6. Select 'Continue'.

More information

  • An email will be sent with your details to the email address associated with your account.
