Introduction
If you've forgotten your Online Services password and would like to reset it, you can do this online.
What you need
- your surname
- your NSW driver licence number or Photo Card number
- your card ID number (on the back of your card)
- the answer to your secret question
OR
- your personal details
- your address
- your Transport for NSW customer number or vehicle plate number
- the answer to your secret question.
How to reset
- Select the 'Reset online' button.
- Complete each of the fields with your details.
- Select 'Continue'.
- Check the 'Password' radio button.
- Type the answer to your secret question.
- Select 'Continue'.
More information
- An email will be sent with your details to the email address associated with your account.
