The Professional Standards Command is responsible for setting performance, conduct and integrity standards within the NSW Police Force. It aims to:
- promote professional standards
- investigate serious criminal allegations, corruption and high-risk matters where police officers may be involved
- identify and respond to high-risk behaviour in people, places and systems where misconduct is a factor
- promote and support fair, consistent and effective management of all staff.
