To check in, use the Service NSW mobile app or enter your contact details into a webform.


To use the app:

  1. Scan the QR code with your phone camera – the app's check-in page will automatically open.
  2. Enter your contact details.
  3. Add dependants (if applicable).
  4. Select ‘Check in’.
  5. A confirmation will appear on your screen when you've successfully checked in.
  6. Check out when you leave a venue for more accurate contact tracing (optional).

The app can remember your details for an even faster and easier check-in next time.

  2. Select the 'Webform' button.
  3. Enter your contact details into the webform.
  4. Add dependants (if applicable).
  5. Select 'Check in'.
  6. A confirmation will appear on your screen when you’ve successfully checked in.
