Liquor & Gaming NSW
From 1 February 2016, Liquor and Gaming NSW replaces the Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing (OLGR) and incorporates the Independent Liquor and Gaming Authority (ILGA).
Liquor and Gaming NSW is accountable for the development, implementation and integrity of the overall regulatory framework across alcohol, licenced clubs, charitable fundraising and gambling activities in NSW. The Independent of Liquor and Gaming Authority board is responsible for performing casino, liquor and gaming machine regulatory and other decision-making functions on behalf of government. It also has similar responsibilities for registered clubs.
