Purpose of collection

Service NSW is collecting your personal information on behalf of the local council to which this application for approval to have a tree removed or pruned relates.

Provision of this information is voluntary. However, if you do not provide your information the local council may be unable to process your application.

Your personal information may be disclosed to contractors of the local council.

You may also wish to refer to your local council for information about how it handles your personal information.
