A new era is dawning for Service NSW. Set to launch this Sunday, an updated website will provide customers with a simpler, more intuitive and responsive experience.

Service NSW has evolved since 2013 and brings hundreds of transactions together in one convenient location, from registering your vehicle to applying for a Seniors Card, birth or marriage certificates and trading licences.

We are also a gateway to NSW Government rebates and savings to ease the cost of living, like CTP refunds, Active Kids and Creative Kids vouchers and Energy Switch.

It makes sense for the website to be updated to reflect the changing nature of Service NSW’s offering.

The website has been designed using detailed analytics and research into customer preferences and features a powerful new search bar to give users a Google-like experience.

The NSW Government is focussed on digital innovation and the transformation of customer service across all of government. The improved Service NSW website is vital in delivering that to the people of NSW.
