Dawn brings to Service NSW a passion for, and more than 20 years' experience in, driving strategic reform and delivering outcomes for customers.

As the Executive Director Partnerships, Projects and Insights, Dawn leads the delivery of projects that provide new services and benefits for our customers, as well as the provision of high-quality cluster and agency partnership support.

Working closely with colleagues across Service NSW and the wider public sector, Dawn and her team manage the portfolio of new initiatives and develop insights to support ongoing customer improvements.

Previous experience

Dawn started her career in the United Kingdom and has spent the past decade serving as a senior executive in the NSW Public Service.

She has led the design and delivery of strategic policies and programs across NSW Government (Resilience NSW, the Department of Finance, Services and Innovation, the Department of Customer Service), with a focus on innovation, digital and data strategies and programs.

As Executive Director, Office of the Secretary at the Department of Customer Service (DCS), Dawn served as Chief of Staff to the DCS Secretary and led the whole-of-government approach to customer and digital strategy.

Throughout her career, Dawn has worked with mission-driven organisations in Australia and overseas, including Fire and Rescue NSW and Cochlear.

Dawn is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a professional member of the Institute of Public Administration Australia.
