Christine’s role has lead responsibility for Service NSW shop fronts and the contact centre channel (13 77 88). Under Christine’s leadership, the frontline Service Delivery teams process transactions relating to more than 800 services through phone or face-to-face interactions at more than 150 points of presence across regional, remote, and metropolitan NSW.
Christine’s extensive leadership experience across Service Delivery roles helps to ensure we provide impactful and high-quality outcomes and put the customer at the centre of everything we do.
Previous experience
Christine joined Service NSW in 2015 and has over 20 years’ experience supporting and leading service delivery, including Director roles across the Service Centre network, Operations and Middle Office.
Christine was instrumental in leading the Service Delivery incident response to the COVID-19 crisis, 2020 bushfires and multiple flood responses. Christine is passionate about the delivery of exceptional customer service and brings a wealth of operational experience to the Service NSW executive leadership team.
